Ronda Owens-Dehmer
Ronda is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She has been practicing in this area since graduating with her MSN from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis in 2014.
She has worked in community mental health and acute care settings. Ronda graduated with her BSN from Indiana University Kokomo 2005. After graduation she spent 6 years on the cardiovascular critical care unit at Methodist hospital in Indianapolis.
Prior to nursing school she worked at the Marion VA which serves veterans with mental illness and/or substance use disorder. It was there that her passion for working with people who struggle with their mental health was born.
Since working in a community mental health care center, she has realized the great need for accessible and affordable care.
Christopher Mercer
Christopher Mercer brings a dynamic and diverse background to his role as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. He began his academic journey at Ball State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education in 2007. After graduation, he taught in Japan, gaining valuable cross-cultural insights and a global perspective on education.
Upon returning to the U.S., Christopher transitioned to behavioral counseling with Meridian Health Services, supporting children and families in Madison and Delaware counties. In 2017, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and spent over six years in critical care at Community Health Network.
Throughout his career, Christopher has come to understand that true wellness is rooted in both mental and physical health. These varied experiences ultimately guided him to specialize in psychiatric nursing, where he could integrate his passion for holistic healing and person-centered care. Driven by this belief, he completed a Master of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2023.

Tracie Meyer is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with 11 years experience in Internal Medicine, and 23 years experience collectively in healthcare. She discovered my passion in ADHD after my two sons were diagnosed with ADHD, and then I was also diagnosed with ADHD later in life. This started my journey, working with multiple specialties including primary care and pediatrics, psychologists, therapists, and school systems She further advanced her training by participating in specialty training under WatersEdge Psychiatry in Dallas Texas, and obtaining certification as an ADHD specialist.
